D3visionNL 782464b611 - Standardized button colors. 
- Fixed register page.
- Added copy button for One-Click Sign-Up.
- Made sidebar fixed to the viewport (so it doesn't scroll with the page).
- Added support for a loader class.
- Cleaned up the Users page (added headers and hr's).
- Fixed Admin page cause Navy broke it.
